I've met 16 year olds who looked much older. In most cases it is easy to tell, but not all. You can't assume anything negative about Chud from that interaction. You don't just bond out of a case and it just ends. What is your source for the case? I'm searching around and all I can find is a Facebook post which is not a proper primary source. Your claim of "we requested it and it's an SA" seems very dubious. Post some kind of actual sources/proof of this and I'll be happy to consider it.
