slack → competitor communities are goldmines. pull the member list, match the names to linkedin, DM the ones who actually fit. (
producthunt + indie hackers → scrape who's commenting on tools like yours. someone reviewing your competitor is already in market.
the grunt work (names → linkedin profiles → "is this person a fit?") is the part arnie does in one pass. roughly half a slack list turns into real profiles.
