The money goes to liberal left looney tune causes, to NGO execs that promise to give back to their campaigns, and to outright fraud and theft. If anyone actually looked at the overhead ratio (look it up for what it means for how efficient a non-profit is) it is probably less than 40%. (in reality more like 20% . . . but I'll be generous here) A responsible non-profit organization's overhead ratio is almost never less than 95%. Which means less than 40% of all money given to USAID actually goes to addressing the problems of world hunger and poverty. The rest is grifting, fraud, and basically quid-pro-quo (AKA bribes) It is the sole reason why they would never agree to disclosing a public audit.

Again for those in the back, Elon once offered to cut a check for $6 BILLION to the WFB to "eliminate World hunger" as they said the money could. His one condition was that the accounting was public. They did not accept.
