@CraigHope_DM Craig what's your thoughts on this? Keep the FA cup the same but
Change the League cup so only non European teams qualify for it.
This makes the two competitions less similar, gives smaller teams a real chance of a cup win, equalises games played for all teams.
Feels clear FA Cup (3rd round, at very least) is in need of reform. Tried to explain to my son (8) how good this weekend was when I was his age. He’s no interest in watching (doesn’t miss a PL goal) beyond his team. It’s been said before, but why not have every PL team away at EFL/non-League oppo in 3rd round (with replays - that would incentivise everyone for different reasons). A rule so that 4/5 have to start from previous PL game. Keep it all on Sat/Sun. Maybe it wouldn’t work. But they have to try something.
England Squad Selector Live next Wednesday. Can’t wait.
Apart from the usual suspects, who needs to be considered for the 23?
Here is Octobers squad selector btw

@Joey7Barton Nutrition should be the number one science subject in schools, it's barely touched upon currently. Won't happen though, too many lobbyists influencing decisions and too many MPs with investments in food manufacturers
In the UK, implementing a Fat Tax is necessary to address unhealthy eating habits.
Products like fatty foods, junk foods, crisps, sweets, and fizzy drinks should incur additional taxes to discourage their consumption.
Conversely, organic, nutritious foods should be more affordable to promote healthier choices.
Furthermore, we should incentivize regular exercise by offering discounted gym memberships based on consistent usage.
Encouraging community-based daily workouts in public spaces reinforces the importance of a healthy body and mind.
Access to nutritious food and fitness activities should not be a luxury but a basic right for all individuals.
Those who choose unhealthy lifestyles should bear the financial responsibility, rather than burdening the healthcare system and society at large.
It’s essential to recognize that some individuals may face economic barriers to healthier eating.
Therefore, we must strive to make nutritious options more accessible and affordable to everyone.
Ultimately, the goal is to combat the pervasive influence of junk food, which often exploits people’s vulnerabilities with its affordability and convenience, perpetuating lifelong health issues.
