The typical replies we get when sharing legit issues with HW3:
-Have you cleaned your cameras?
-It works great for me.
-Other cars can't do what 12.6.4 does.
-Stop complaining.

-You are just used to AI4 (This one does make sense to me to a point)

Unfortunately, I have not been able to use FSD AI3 MS for the last 1.5 years and I paid $15,000 for it. The brakes stab about so frequently, like one or more times every mile or so, and sometimes it just stops in the middle of road, for no reason. And other stuff. Same issue as Lincoln.

There's no good civic argument for the electoral college. It was arguably necessary to ensure the ratification of the Constitution, but it's an anti-democratic device that gives some American citizens far more voting power than others, based purely on where they live.

Tesla updates for HW3 are basically non-existent at this point. When I got my 2022 Model 3 (Intel Atom, HW3) I didn't think it would be outdated so fast. For a "computer on wheels," cell phones get better support than my $53k car. Will now wait for HW5.

I'm not kidding. On the way home FSD 14.2.2.5 just missed the exit. It literally missed every exit today going to work and going home.
I was even in standard mode.
On two of the missed exits there was no one even next to me. It waited until the dashed line turned solid and then it put the blinker on, but it was too late.

I traded up for ai4 and its much better, but I disengage at least once a drive (car trying to pass cars in a lane that becomes turn only crossing 7 lane roads at stop sign)

@jackknife_76 @MissJilianne No it wasn't, I paid around 7k when I took a super early Model 3 delivery in 2017. I used that car for 3 years, and transferred FSD to my next, which I used for about 3 years, 1200 x 6 = 7200, and went yearly after that.

@teslavangelist Look for utility rebates, my dumb dog ran full speed into my gen 1 charger cable (8ft cable) and pulled it out of the wall. I had electrician rewire from the junction box to the new charger and all in it was free because of a $1k rebate

mine cost maybe $1500 I think to install, although for mine I needed like 30' of copper cabling which was like $500 or so itself.

Many people are scared to get a Tesla because they think they need to spend $5000 or more to install a charger at home. No you don't. I charge my Tesla using a regular 240v outlet in my garage. Same outlet as a dryer. Your local electrician can install one for under $500. Your new Tesla already comes with a mobile connector that plugs right into it. If you want a Tesla Wall Connector, that's $450 and about $500 to install. Get home, plug it in, and by the time you finish making dinner it's fully charged. Charging at home can cost you under $3 a day. No more spending $60 a week on gas. The savings of driving an EV are HUGE and it starts on day one. What's stopping you from making the switch?
