@TT2Limited I’ve been trying to add a card to set up auto top up but each time I try to save a payment card to my account it fails - this has been an issue for months. Any reason?
@LycamobileUK something up with your network? We run our home WiFi on your 5G network and it’s cut out since 2.30 yesterday. Nothing I’m doing is fixing it.
@RoyalMailHelp I’m away from home and a delivery has been made to my ‘safe space’ which I have never provided. And this ‘safe space’ is next to my bins in full view of the street. I was unable to provide delivery instructions in case I wasn’t in. Is this standard policy?
@TPExpressTrains I’ve return tickets from Newcastle to Leeds this weekend (out Saturday, rtn Sunday). I’ve noticed my ticket back doesn’t reflect the rail replacement bus departure time, but the rail connection at Darlington to Newcastle.
Will this be an issue?
@JustEatUK My partner does not use X but we have failed to receive a refund on items missing from our order yesterday. This is completely unacceptable - but attempting to rectify this through the normal routes has been rejected. How can we resolve this?
@northernassist It was 1231 departure Newcastle. Also not best pleased the Billingham to Newcastle service expected 1850 is now cancelled. So an hours wait.

@NinjaKitchenUK Stop using Evri. I was meant to receive my order on Friday. When I went to track it it said it was delayed. Then by 5pm it was allegedly delivered. It wasn’t and no delivery photo was provided. Have tried to chase via Evri but they are (obviously) useless.

@TheGymGroup I am moving and there is no gym nearby. I pay by DD so understand to cancel I just cancel that via my bank. My final month payment has been taken, if I cancel now can I still access the gym until the last day of this monthly cycle?
