You may travel at no extra cost on Avanti West Coast services from Glasgow towards Preston. From there, please board the next available TPExpress or Northern service. ^Jay

@TPExpressTrains I’ve had an email telling me the 11.07, on Saturday, Glasgow to Manchester will no longer depart from Glasgow. There’s no word on where it’s now departing from in the mail. Can you let me know where and what time please.

@TPExpressTrains So if I buy my ticket and I turn up to board to head away for the weekend and I’m turned away then what? I would need to know before I leave with my dog.

Hi @TPExpressTrains we are using the bus replacement bus on Saturday and we are travelling with my small dog. He will fit on my lap or in a bag - is this permitted as it would on a train?

@TPExpressTrains Can I hoghlight on your website, you have some mistakes in the disruption, as you seem to refer to @Se_Railway, which i am sure is a mistake seeing as they operate as far away from TPE as possible. Can you maybe let one of the website staff know they should fixit

It seems to be a recurring theme on here, but seriously—how bad are these trains? @TPExpressTrains from Sheffield to Manchester Oxford Road: 40-minute delay… then halfway through they decide to terminate at Manchester Piccadilly instead due to the “severity of the delay.”

@stonewall1982 Hi there, At the moment that service is scheduled to run. However we ask customers to check before they travel. If that service does not run there is a 10:41 Avanti service which you would be able to board. ^Kate

@TPExpressTrains has the 1003 from Preston to Motherwell been cancelled on Saturday?

@TPExpressTrains I am booked on the 7.45am train Glasgow Central to Liverpool Lime St on Friday 20th. It’s showing cancelled. Is my ticket ok to use on any other service to Liverpool?

@TPExpressTrains hi! All trains cancelled to Preston. We are currently stranded in Manchester. No busses available according to staff and not on way. Pls advise if we travel to Bolton on another train and go from Bolton to Preston via taxi we can be reimbursed. Thank you.

@TPExpressTrains @ScotRail i’m booked to travel glasgow central-liverpool lime street on March 27th, will this likely run or should i book another train with a change as they seem to be the only trains running currently.

⚠️Update for TransPennine Express services to and from Glasgow⚠️ Andrew McClements, Customer Experience & Transformation Director at TransPennine Express, said: Glasgow Central will partially reopen (tomorrow) Wednesday 18 March. We would like to thank everyone for their hard work to get us to the point where we can safely welcome passengers back to station. However, TransPennine Express services between Glasgow Central and Carlisle will continue to be suspended until further notice due to a limited number of platforms being available. Customers who have booked tickets on our services will be able to travel with other train operators.

@TPExpressTrains Hi. Just wondering, I have a train booked tomorrow from Glasgow CTR to Manchester Piccadilly and I'm not sure if its still running due to the station fire. If its not is there an alternative service I can use instead? Thanks.
