@TPExpressTrains @Jamesonatrain1 There was no announcement 👍 and the train stopped for 30 seconds maximum. Wasn't just me it happened to either as there was at least 50 people in the same boat

@FawcusJack @Jamesonatrain1 Hi Jack. Unfortunately services stop at stations with the expectation on customer's to be prepared and to be queued for departing the train prior to the doors opening. This is why there is an announcement 2 minutes prior to arrival. ^Jay

@TPExpressTrains I am on the 1043 from Leeds to Scarborough and the train has no reservation tickets. I have two young children and we are having to sit apart, just because the reservations haven’t been applied. Not acceptable for such a full service when I have reserved seats.

@TPExpressTrains my daughters train (16.24 from Liverpool Lime Street to Durham) was cancelled on Friday when it arrived at Leeds. She has submitted a cancellation refund and it has been declined. Surely this is incorrect?

Hi, from Preston, we have rail replacement organised to take people to Manchester Piccadilly. Additionally, we have a ticket agreement in place for people to use Northern services from Preston to Blackburn then Blackburn to Manchester Victoria. From Manchester Victoria, you can take the Metrolink services to Manchester Piccadilly. ^Abi

Hi @TPExpressTrains I am on the Edinburgh Waverley to Manchester Piccadilly and now they said it is being terminated at Preston due to an emergency incident. How are we all getting from Preston to Mcr? This is urgent. Thanks

@TraceyJ883164 Good afternoon, we are very sorry about the disruption today. This is caused by a fault with a canal bridge near the line however this has now been resolved and there are just some residual delays so services should be moving again. ^Charlotte

Hi Andy, if you visit this page here: tpexpress.co.uk/travel-updates… and scroll down to where it says 'Travelling between Manchester stations', this should show you the options to get between Manchester stations during engineering works. You can walk between the stations but there should also be a free shuttle bus between Manchester Victoria and Piccadilly (in both directions). ^Abi

@TPExpressTrains Any hints on how to get across Manchester from Piccadilly to Victoria when there aren't any trains? Is walking the best option? Is there a Rail Replacement bus shuttle?

@TimothyJBrown27 Hello, there aren't currently direct services from Castleford to Manchester Piccadilly whilst the TRU work continues. The journey involves either Castleford to Sheffield then Sheffield to Manchester Piccadilly, or Castleford to Leeds then Leeds to Manchester Victoria.

@TPExpressTrains Evening. I’m on the late running EMR 2002 from STP to SHF. We get in 9 minutes late currently on 5A and I am due on the last train of the night scheduled at 2211 to Stockport. Could the 2211 be held a few extra minutes to allow for platform changes?🙏

.@TPExpressTrains making it impossible to reclaim after a delay to a journey by not acknowledging the route existed on their system which is where I bought the ticket, and then passing the buck onto @LNER who did nothing wrong!
