@RichardHeartWin You have to denounce your citizenship to avoid paying tax in the United States. The declare citizenship of another country for tax purposes is a federal offense. If your USA tax rate is 35% and 10% in the country you live in, then you’d still owe 25% to the USA.

Americans can pay 0% tax. The USA passed a law allowing it (involves Puerto Rico (An American territory since 1898)). Read about it: taxsummaries.pwc.com/puerto-rico/in…. Non USA people have it even easier. Singapore and Dubai have are absorbing thousands of millionaires yearly with 0% cap gains.
I'm not an accountant, or lawyer, or professional of any sort. If you do what thousands of millionaires are doing, you might reap the rewards they're reaping.
Apparently Belgium, Belize, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, Monaco, Cayman Islands, and maybe Switzerland also have 0%. Picking one and running with it may be better than analysis paralysis. You could always just switch later.
This would help get the living prices down where you were living too! Doing your part to help out your fellow man. Capitalism is a fan of rewarding where you're treated well, and not rewarding where you are treated poorly. Give nations an incentive to do their best. Competition breeds success.
