@laraisuncool my point is ireland doesn’t hate immigrants. we are a country built on emigration and immigration and we know it. the rioting was 200 dickheads on 2 streets in dublin who’ve been waiting for an excuse to incite violence they feel after a decade of austerity.

@jenzerr the point of my tweet is that europe hates immigrants (and always has), ireland included. although, like i said, historically it’s better than other countries i’m not sure i understood your tweet either… dublin hates being poor so it blames immigrants? or did i misunderstand?

@laraisuncool i guess i'm unclear on what the point of your tweet then. dublin doesn't hate immigrants, it hates being poor. ireland has more emigrants than people living here (me included), and we are never not acutely aware of that fact.
