I have had the eray for two days. It's fucking insane. 0-60 in 2.5 seconds. And it makes me hate Tesla drivers more than ever. Three times now some loser ass white boy tried to drag race me in a Tesla. Trying to compensate for having the most boring mom car imaginable. One nearly crashed into me when he lost traction on the rear. I wasn't even aware of his presence. Just minding my own business.

Oats are high in fiber and mostly water/filler…you can leave out the cream butter and sugar and use berries to make them edible. On meats: I’m not suggesting permanently stripping them…I’m saying if you want to lose weight in a quick and healthy manner, take it out, then get back to lean meat in a healthy and managed manner once you hit weight.

Raw veggies, oats, gallon of water a day and running + yoga. Cut out all meat, sugar, processed foods. I dropped 17 lbs in 2 weeks. It’s definitely doable but you will eventually hit a limit where your baseline body mass/weight becomes a limiting factor. Don’t know what that is for you.
