@thejackhopkins Mate, I grew up in Australia. I didn't have aircon until I was in my 50's. And we had single pane windows, no wall or ceiling insulation, or under floor. The Aus building standards were pretty basic, and even now don't match the US standards.

Random thought. How many of you who grew up having only one window unit air conditioner in the house and hung blankets over the doorways out of the living room to trap the cold air, and then all slept in there during the hottest days of the summer?

@knottyperth @DoctorKarl The TIO aren't there to help you challenge NBN installation practices. But they will quickly get that bad last mile copper run fixed. This is because once a TIO ticket is started, providers are on a schedule that attracts fines if they do nothing.
