Never got a chance to share this here, but a dream project since I was ~16 has been to build a darkroom in my apartment. I’ve shot film since I was 14/15 and only had the opportunity to hand-print my photos a handful of times. Finally got to do this last December :)

All consumer brands are some balance of demand-side & supply-side capabilities: • Demand-side = brand/acquisition-focused. • Supply-side = supply-chain + product/innovation-focused. Supply-side thinking mitigates risk, demand-side thinking is what ultimately drives value.
