Despite it all, we made it further than the Colorado Avalanche. We beat the 5th and 4th best teams in the NHL. We finished 6th overall. We were the 3rd last team in the playoffs to be eliminated. #Habs are not frauds. They have work to do, but they'll be back and better.

Congrats Montreal! Even though the game should have ended 3-2 in regulation and you needed a goal called back due to an early whistle to win. Buffalo was the far better team. Make sure the refs get their check!

Is this Buffalo team the most overrated in NHL history? Montreal is definitely a good team but Buffalo got gifted a 1st round matchup against a terrible Bruins team and got extremely lucky against the Habs. Should’ve been done in 5 or 6. They won’t sniff the playoffs next year.
