Tomorrow “Artemis 2” will return to Earth. They will enter Earth at about 25,000 MPH! That’s nearly 17X faster than a bullet! And 5,000 degrees! 😢
They will go 4 minutes with no communication, no signals... nothing 🙏🏾

Just a mind blowing picture. Yeah we’ve all seen earth before. But 4 humans, looking at the rest of us. All 8.3 billion of us. Floating on a ball of gasses in the middle of a vast nothingness, so vast the mind can’t comprehend it. Simply incredible.

@LandonTengwall The only time a situation would come up like this in a game is when someone’s desperately trying to either pick up a first down or get in the endzone by basically sacrificing their body for the team lol there’s not reason to practice this 😂

No one is making them do this. Being able to play high level D1 football is a privilege first of all. Now some can earn millions on top of that. They get free food and housing and most don’t have families to support.
Also, they’re contractors providing services not W2 employees.
There does need to be rules and structure in place.

@Sleepy11323 What they earn at the next level is a non-issue. What are their responsibilities for their school and program? They are on a professional schedule, and the plan is to add more playoff games. Tell me how they aren’t employees.

The transfer portal has screwed up college sports. My bill is simple: you get 5 consecutive years to play 5 seasons and you get 1 transfer. After that, if you transfer again, you sit out a year. This will fix 80% of the issues in NIL today.
