THE move around the outside by Max Verstappen was ridiculous. That takes balls of steel and elite skill to pull that off 😳 🇯🇵 Suzuka 2022:  Max wrapped up his 2nd WDC, won the shortened race by 27 seconds in only 28 laps.

@ferrarinewstr @Formula_Tecnica Mercedes and Ferrari were determined to do well this season, and were working much earlier than most. Mercedes especially, would have read and implemented every rule thoroughly...chances of them being caught with something is low. They are simply the better team.

Verstappen Racing in a nutshell

Tough way for it to end, but what a performance and what a race it was. Rules are part of the sport, but the drive, the experience, and the joy the team brought to fans can’t be taken away. It lasted till it lasted 😢 On to Japan where till yesterday it felt like Red Bull will have fixed some issues...now not so much seeing the kind of luck Max is having.

Took a break after a long day of incredible real motor racing, only to unfortunately discover that the team was disqualified afterward due to a tire set mistake. That is part of sport, rules are there for a reason and must be respected. Despite this, no one can take away the experience and the joy the team shared, including the millions of fans around the world who tuned in and enjoyed this fantastic event. On to Mario Kart in Japan, and hopefully back to NLS3 in April at the Nürburgring.

If anyone thinks those 4 extra tires are the reason Max was 2 seconds faster in Quali, they don't understand the Nordschleife. This was a technicality win for the stewards and a masterclass win for the #3.
