A list of FACTS:
• Americans voted for stricter immigration enforcement.
• The candidate who explicitly promised mass deportations won the election.
• This policy direction was not hidden, vague, or accidental, it was central to the campaign.
• Opposition to enforcement did not begin with Renee Good; activists have been interfering with ICE operations for months.
• Blocking, surrounding, or physically interfering with federal agents is illegal under U.S. law.
• Federal officers are not required to halt lawful operations because protesters disagree with them.
• Interference escalates encounters and increases the risk of harm to everyone involved: officers, bystanders, and suspects alike.
• If activists did not interfere with arrests and operations, fewer volatile confrontations would occur.
• Protest is legal. Obstruction is not.
• You can protest on sidewalks, in public spaces, and out of the way, without physically stopping enforcement.
• Attempting to prevent the execution of democratically enacted policy is not “resistance,” it is subversion of the will of the voters.
• Elections have consequences, even when you don’t like the outcome.
• Law enforcement did not create this policy; they are tasked with enforcing it.
• Targeting officers for carrying out lawful orders misplaces blame.
• Political activists who knowingly inject themselves into enforcement actions bear responsibility for the risks they create.
• Disorder does not become justified simply because it is ideological.
• Civil disobedience may be a choice, but consequences are not optional.
• The narrative that officers alone are responsible for every violent outcome ignores the role of provocation and interference.
• You cannot demand the state enforce laws selectively based on political pressure.
• The rule of law either applies consistently or not at all.
