Because it’s the player reps job to show why client deserves “x-dollars”…and it’s the club’s job to TEAR HIM DOWN, WHILE HE’S SITTING IN THE ROOM and explain why he doesn’t deserve it. It’s very honest, cold hearted and …..just brutal. Players have walked out crying.
