@clawdeeyah_ Thats a great slate too. I took the home opener instead of the home closer. My desire for instant gratification was to much for me to overcome.

For the record no one should be coping from that game. Great playoff preview in March. S/o losses are built in moral victories. There will be no moral victories after game 82. I hope both teams can get healthy and we get the full 7.

Avs fans coping hard because they got beat by our goaltender. 'If not for your goalie we would have won.' Yes, goaltending is a position in the game. Ours is better than most, and it helps us win games

@Craigtx80 Avs fan here. They make it easy for Oetter there's no front net presence, no one to take rebounds. This game was similar to the last playoffs IMO. Avs better team at 5v5, Dallas clogging neutral zone and making Avs shoot from the outside. Then Stars capitalize on a breakout.

@NotAPuckbunny21 It was mostly to the outside. I havent seen the heat map but high danger chances were mostly even with a slight edge to the Avs until OT.

@Craigtx80 The Avs goaltender stood there doing nothing most the game cause your team was content on sitting back and riding your goalie’s coattails just trying to get into OT.

@Avah54980424 Yes. The stars are missing 2 of their best players and that is reflected in their pp numbers especially.

@Craigtx80 Yes goaltending is a part of the game. But it’s not feasible to rely on them EVERY game. The forwards need to do something. Definitely missing Rantinen and Hintz.

@AlberGaso9063 I think the Stars should have an advantage, on paper, in goaltending in almost every round. We will see if it plays out or not.

@Craigtx80 For you to think that the goaltending will remain the same all the way throughout the playoffs is ridiculous. There’s always inconsistencies with goaltending.
