Cruz Lucius will not be signing with the Penguins and will be a free agent in August.

According to Dubas on the GM Show, Cruz will not be signing with Pittsburgh for reasons that are up to him to share. States CL is passing up a chance to develop when his team didn’t qualify for anything. Dubas also states that this is not a spot that needs begging for ppl to come
