@thehyugalife Ofcourse the location is "not available". Because it is not even shipped. @thehyugalife lied to me, held my money and did not deliver my product for 10 days. No update. No follow up. No auto cancellation. There was no warning that the product is out of stock and may take time.

When I called the customer care number, the executive told me that the product is out of stock and for them it is showing ordered.
So this is what @thehyugalife does:
It lies to its customers that the order is shipped so that they can't cancel the order.

Here is the @thehyugalife scam:
1) list an out-of-stock product
2) take customer's money
3) tell them that their product is shipped and they can no longer cancel the order
4) after 10 days when the customer calls customer care tell them "we are sorry, we will initiate refund"

@zeptocares Yes scammers, ofcourse the issue has been "addressed". At this point you are just exposing yourselves.
I received something other than what I ordered. How many times do I have to say the same thing? Do you NOT have basic comprehension skills?

Proof that zepto is a thorough scam. Without OTP you can't receive the product. But once you provide otp they will not process return or replacement.
They have a support section in the app so that you can raise post delivery issues. For what?

After I told him that I've already paid on the portal, he said "aisehi kuch mithai uthai" to which I clearly asked "aap ghoos maang rahe hai na?" Then he said "aapko man hai toh dijiye nahi toh jaiye".
