I don't know enough about the case to know if this man belongs in jail or not, maybe he does, maybe he doesn't. But 12 jurors unanimously found him not guilty. That could only mean *they believed* an unsupervised child driving an ATV drove onto the road as the car was coming, not giving him a reasonable reaction time. I haven't seen a valid source confirm the racial makeup of the jury. I don't know why people are saying all white. Just curious IF you knew this to be true (not saying it is), would you still say guilty?
