@irentdumpsters @max_av_ The city being "deserted" is what makes it nice lol. All the rich city-is-a-playground people leave and the hard-core city people all stay to play and work.

@max_av_ Eh it actually gets really hot in the summer there and a lot of people go to the beach on weekends and the city gets pretty deserted I would say in the spring and the fall it's an amazing place

@Romy_Holland Even if your joint income is $300K, which is exceedingly wealthy, there is practically nowhere in the United States where you can buy a home unless it's rural or small.
