@JLLiedl And these are only the OCIA numbers. I’m baptizing three students at Easter but because of their schedules they couldn’t go through the OCIA program. So, had private instruction. (By the way, these are the first baptisms in the Chaplaincy in years.)

@JLLiedl @mckeownjonah It’s fascinating. Less than two years ago, I took over a campus chaplaincy. Last year we had about 150 active students. This year we have over 300 active students. Something in the culture is shifting.

I have had the chance to work with Abp Caccia on several projects and was at his episcopal ordination by Pope Benedict. an outstanding choice for this position at this time. It’s notable that he spent years in the Mid East and UN- places that many in DC don’t seem to get!

What stupid comment! Before it was called "Judea", it was Canaan. Just read the Bible. Palestinians did not "rock up on to" anywhere. They are generally the descendants of the ancient Jews who never left but became Christians and later became Muslims.
