Social media provided so much information its led to paralysis. Forget "cuisine" throw a burger on a grill or chicken in the oven. Salt and pepper. Little oil. Little seasoning mix. Protein. Carb. Veggie. You have a meal
Deva Hazarika@devahaz

Some reasons why cooking is overwhelming for many: -To cook each cuisine requires different base set of spices, staples, etc -Popular recipes often include obscure, expensive ingredients -Purchasing exact item amts often not possible -Utilizing rest of perishable food challenging

Support the game with an established and invested audience? Nah. Let's go whole hog into the game we haven't been able to push copies for and can't get players in. It's like these companies are allergic to success.
Destiny 2@DestinyTheGame

Read the full blog at bung.ie/d2_may_21_2026 For almost twelve years, we have had the joy and honor to explore the Destiny universe with you all. Through all the ups and downs, surprises and triumphs, building Destiny alongside our players has been a monumental privilege. While our love for Destiny 2 has not changed, it has become clear that after The Final Shape, we have reached the time for our shared worlds, and Destiny, to live beyond Destiny 2. As our focus turns towards a new beginning for Bungie, we will begin work incubating our next games. To that end, on June 9, 2026, we will release the final live-service content update for Destiny 2 to begin that new journey as a studio. Though active development may be concluding, we will ensure that Destiny 2 remains playable, just as the original Destiny is today. Many changes in this final update will aim to ensure that Destiny 2 is a welcoming place for players to return to. We’re proud of Destiny 2, the places it took us, and the legacy it has created. Because of you all, our universe is vast, built on years of shared stories, adventures, and victories. From the Cosmodrome to the Pale Heart to the Lawless Frontier, we have forged life-long memories and friendships with you all. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who made that journey with us. From the deepest part of our hearts, thank you, and we'll see you in the stars.

@kennedyhall Well they did offer you guys full canonical regularization. Can't say they didn't care when it was offered. You turned it down. Maybe you were right to! But you still did it. So your argument doesn't hold reality here.

@CatholicSmark Well, the present authorities in Rome aren't concerned with 'reuniting' with anyone, because as Pope Leo said to real schismatics and heretics "We are already one"

BREAKING: Bungie is ending development on Destiny 2. The game will get its final live-service update in June. While it will remain online and playable, the studio is moving on from its sci-fi MMO after more than a decade working on it. @JDMikeJ So long as its in communion with Rome I think the fears of risking a parallel communion are overblown, but that they currently aren't is indeed a valid reason to say no.

@CatholicSmark Assuming they should have bishops at all is sheer presumption. The Franciscans have no dedicated bishops, the Augustinians have no dedicated bishops, the FSSP has no dedicated bishop, the ICKSP has no dedicated bishop. That is precisely to avoid creating a parallel hierarchy.

@TK8008135 @sircalebhammer I don't use doordash at all. I play video games. Some might use doordash the same amount monthly I play video games, and they don't play games. Budgets shouldn't be super restrictive/monkish.

@sircalebhammer Brother you should be encouraging people to not spend their money on doordash regardless of it fitting into their budget or not. Do as I say not as I do head ass. Just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you should.

Me and my wife had Little Caesar's dates when we were dating. I didn't buy an energy drink for years. Still found other things to enjoy. Find daily enjoyments within your means.

Nobody says you can't have daily enjoyments. Its just if you're broke, you have to have daily enjoyments within your means. You can have those other enjoyments later.... when you aren't broke. When I was 20k in debt, I had "daily enjoyments" that are different now debt-free.

@sircalebhammer Remove your pay and live like the advice you give. It’s easy and tone-deaf to say this shit to people who want to find small enjoyments in the daily survival. Everyone is the man when things are going right, you find out people’s true colors, when things go wrong.

@OrganikHipHop @sircalebhammer His advice is literally "live within your means" I drink more energy drinks and eat out now than I did 10 years ago, when I did none of those things. This isn't hard. I found daily enjoyments in things I could afford. And I was 20k in debt back then and still found ejoyment

@BROKENBRITAIN0 @Pirat_Nation That's fine if you think that. But Ubisoft didn't need decent. 2024 was full of flops, and they spent an obscene amount of money on that game and the marketing. They needed a smash. They didn't, and now they're screwed

Ubisoft stock is crashing after the company announced massive financial losses worth billions. For years, Ubisoft was one of the biggest names in gaming, but recently, the company has struggled with: >expensive game development >delayed releases >cancelled projects >weak game launches > players stopped trusting ubisoft Now, after reporting huge losses, investors are increasingly worried that Ubisoft lost the ability to deliver good games.

@MR3Dev @Grummz Ubisoft doesn't seem to think so, thinking even with it they won't be profitable until 2028. This is a game studio systemically broken. One good game wont fix it.

Gamers voted, Ubisoft died. - 1.3 BILLION euros in losses. - Tough Austerity measures imposed. - Historic low in Ubisoft history. - Will not return to profitability until 2027 or 2028. - Ubisoft will focus on live service games. They told us Ubi was winning, that the chuds had no effect, that Assassin's Creed Shadows was doing well. Ladies & Gentlemen, take your victory lap. No studio was more DEI infested than Ubisoft. You voted with your wallets and took down one of the biggest AAA game companies in the world.
