@userbambi we have one like that but it’s latvia so good therapists are scarce since to be a good therapist you have to have empathy. and for everyone, even those who don’t deserve it, but that’s not how people here think

@lestatsbian There’s some sites that have therapist that specifically fit your needs, and take insurance. I had a similar expierence after high school I didn’t wanna be anything / wanna do anything but you kinda have to make something of yourself for yourself

@userbambi it’s bad it’s so hard to find a therapist that’s right for me, i’m always trying to do something important or beneficial but it all feels pointless i can’t imagine a future for myself. i can’t imagine me in 5 months let alone 5 years

@userbambi the psychosis was horrific i’d have long hallucinations where i’d be a victim of csa and then suddenly realize im in the kitchen talking to my mom. i’d get snapped out of it by my parents when id suddenly get up from bed and start bashing my head against the wall
