@GilmoreinSc The issue is the original order is from 2005. The headrail has since been replaced and we no longer carry that model valance clip. We have a couple blind parts websites that we recommend that have a lot of our discontinued parts we no longer stock. Again, my apologies. - Travis

@levolor and @HomeDepot Let me get this straight. We purchase blinds with a lifetime guarantee and seven years later need to replace one because the cord broke (which we learned is an issue and why all Levolor blinds are cordless) and we need a receipt. HD has a record. WTF?

@sassystephj @HomeDepot I'm sorry your blind has a broken cord as well as the misunderstanding on your warranty. We do not require a receipt for our custom order product. We also have a 10-year warranty on our products. We would only need your original order information to assist.

@levolor @Lowes This is absolutely insane. Order placed on July 10. They have delayed it 8 times now and it won’t ship until 9/24 because they don’t have any USB cables and can’t ship everything else until tbat comes in. I will never step foot in @Lowes again if this isn’t fixed asap. @levolor

No one should ever use @Lowes to purchase @levolor blinds. I purchase blinds the first week of July with a July 25 delivery date and they have pushed it back 5 times! No one knows what the actual ship date is. I am beyond frustrated and will never buy anything from either

@levolor I bought one of your cellular shades for my front window. I love it BUT... After only 2 yrs the cord is fraying so badly i'm afraid it will just break. I went to lowes where I bought them and they said I have to get a whole NEW SHADE. They are too expensive!

@Levolorisjunk @levolor How can you shorten the faux wood blinds, bought them, put them up, went back to the store and was told couldn’t be shortened. It’s the new ones with a button to raise and lower. Really annoyed as previous purchases years ago could be shortened.

@levolor I do love our cellular shades - so pretty and convenient. Was disappointed one broke just over one year. It’s under warranty but of course you have changed colors and styles and I end up with an install bill for $150. Would expect these to last longer than 15 months 🤷🏻‍♀️

@levolor This is absolutely no help: Product may be a poor design, but not "defective." The end plug pin wears normally and then shears off. The rest of shade works fine. I want to buy an end plug. If you don't have them, discontinue this product. It's blatant planned obsolescence.

@levolor Don't buy Levolor products: they don't support them! I have Levolor roll-up vinyl blinds from Lowe's. The pin on the end plug eventually shears off from normal use. But Levolor doesn't sell parts and there are NO aftermarket sources! It's a con. Don't waste 💰 on them!

My biggest regret in life? Buying shitty @levolor shades. Damn things have short battery life, stop responding to their routines, respond to opposite commands if they respond at all, and their custom service, which is all based on their website, is zero help.
