@Lowes It can be hard to decide on a hardware store. Lowes on the East Side of Evansville makes it easy. They refuse to cut lumber as advertised on the website and then refuse to answer the phone when you call for a supervisor. Well, they answer bit then leave you hanging.

Can't believe I got scammed at @Lowes . Here's the details... Did an online order for pickup. Included 2 pack of muriatic acid for the pool. Everything in the order brought out on cart, super simple and easy when juggling 3 kids. Brought everything home. Didn't realize that the muriatic acid box was loosely sealed. Open the box and go to open the first bottle, no seal, no fumes that make you choke when you open it. Definitely straight H20. Someone probably purchased Muriatic acid, used it, filled it with pool water, then returned it. How did no one catch this? Not breaking the bank if I can't get it exchanged but more annoying / waste of time than anything.

@Lowes terrible customer service and a poor purchase experience. You had the washer and dryer I wanted. Now I have half of an installation done. No new waterlines that you charged me for and customer service agents that don't know what a water line is.
