Manufacturing tolerances for @wayne_dalton aren’t great. The 9100 series (I bought two) have been a PITA to install, and apparently product support (when bought at @Lowes) is basically “don’t call us, call a garage repair company”. Can SOMEONE help a real, paying customer?

Experiencing horrible customer service with @Lowes right now. Talked to 6 different people at customer service. Have brand new appliances that were installed incorrectly and Lowe’s is refusing to make it right. Home Depot will get our business from now on.

@Lowes sent my son to the Alton Illinois location to get a piece of glass cut for the back door that got accidentally broke and they tell him there’s only one person in the store that can do it and it’ll be 30 minutes, probably should go across the street to Home Depot wtf 🤬

@Lowes customer service is a horror. Was told washing machine under warranty wasn’t repairable on the 9th. Told it couldn’t be replaced and we would receive an e-certificate last week. Hung up on twice by customer service reps who now say they want to order parts & fix machine
