I agree Twitter was better than X, but “fleeing” the platform is a way of shooting yourselves in the foot. It still has the broadest reach and I’m inclined to think voice is preferable to exit in the social media world enewspaper.latimes.com/infinity/latim…

IMHO a nasty bullying element appeared here and it made me feel vulnerable and attacked. While free speech is important to me I do not agree with hate speech toward anyone and that seems to be growing here. This is scary to me. @elonmusk

Early days on this here platform were just so fun! It was a yet unsaturated place where creativity and self expression thrived. I remember times when people were sharing mundane daily life trivia and I loved that! @elonmusk

I do see a lot of key influencers who are sticking to posting on this platform (looking at you @BarackObama @HillaryClinton @GBoddington @LucyKWills & many more!) so wondering their thoughts about staying here? Insight welcome all as @elonmusk leads.

I valued so much from this platform since the early days. It was a total game changer and example of tech innovation in the most awesomeness of ways. I truly hope that a similar future is carved for this here X @elonmusk

I don’t really know what to think of this formerly Twitter new X place. I still find it to be a very helpful tool for current breaking events - but am so not inclined to currently engage here. Am letting you know my thoughts @elonmusk - not that you care.

@lisadevaney @elonmusk Thanks, Lisa. Nothing’s changed with him yet. I reported that tweet, but Twitter say it doesn’t break their rules. Looks like Mr Musk’s happy for accounts to use his platform to abuse people with mental health issues

Is there any point in reporting blatant abuse to Twitter, @elonmusk? An account had attacked the #mentalhealth community, and when I politely explained how I’d personally been sectioned and held against my will, he tweeted this with a gif. ⬇️
