Good question. Probably a question everyone should ask themselves more often. Myself included. I guess I believe people should be good to each other. And Trump seems to encourage a lot of hate and distain for people. Sometimes because of the color of their skin, who they vote for or god forbid if they ever disagree with him. A president should not decide he’s only going to rule favorably for one political party and actively try to make life harder for what he considers his enemies. And anyone that didn’t vote for him is automatically “the radical left” or “evil democrats”. I’m not a radical left or a democrat. But I live in California and did not vote for him so he is actively trying to take my constitutional right to vote away from me and many others like me. He’s targeting our entire state and many (all?) other blue states. It’s hard to get behind a man like that. It takes away any motivation to figure him out. He is an immature jack ass and that’s being as generous and diplomatic as I can be (and only because I’m trying to have an earnest and respectful exchange with you). He means to do me harm. I can’t support a man like that. It’s wrong on every level!

@lisamarie12o7 @BoLoudon I have some questions: Have you ever met him personally? Have you given him a chance to explain his past? Does growth in one’s character get progressively better if there’s positive growth? He’s 79 years old, do you have the wisdom that he now has? Are you qualified to judge?

It's always bothered me if I hear someone say they like Trump's policies, but not his personality. Trump has an INCREDIBLE personality AND policies. There will never be another President as amazing as Trump. We must cherish him. Follow: @BoLoudon

How dangerous is this man, really? How worried should we be? How bad is it going to get? Some mental health professionals have described Donald Trump as a malignant narcissist, a condition that combines four distinct psychological components—narcissism, antisocial personality disorder (psychopathy), paranoia, and sadism. The argument is that this personality structure, which some argue has been a "lifelong condition" that has worsened over time, creates a dangerous and unpredictable approach to leadership.   Key Reasons Cited for the Diagnosis: •Extreme Grandiosity: Psychologists argue that Trump exhibits delusions of grandeur, such as declaring he knows "more than the generals" or is "the chosen one," which is seen as a belief in his own mind and of his perceived infallibility. •Sadism and Cruelty: Proponents of this view point to instances where they believe he derives enjoyment from inflicting pain on others, such as mocking disabled individuals, belittling grieving families, and displaying "glee" while watching violence, such as on Jan 6. •Antisocial Behavior and Lack of Empathy:Observers suggest a pattern of breaking social norms and laws, accompanied by a lack of remorse. This includes a disregard for the safety of others and a dismissal of human suffering, such as in his responses to COVID-19 deaths. •Paranoia and Conspiratorial Thinking:Critics argue that his worldview often includes a perception of being under attack, leading to "deep state" narratives and the belief that entire systems are rigged against him. •Impulsivity and Instability: His decision-making is often described as erratic, sometimes based on emotional responses to media, which critics argue is dangerous for national security.  •The Conversation Contextual Factors and Criticism: •The "Duty to Warn": A group of mental health professionals, including Dr. John Gartner and Dr. Bandy X. Lee, have argued that they have a duty to warn the public when a leader appears to have a mental condition that makes them dangerous to the country. •Worsening Symptoms: Some experts have suggested that as of 2025-2026, his behaviors have shown signs of increased cognitive decline, making the pre-existing malignant narcissism more pronounced and disorganized. **DISCLAIMER** There are other experts out there that say it unethical for some of these doctors to make these claims without having him on a couch in front of them. Others say it’s ridiculously obvious. And it’s not like Trump would ever volunteer that diagnosis. ** DISCLAIMER #2** Disorder of Character" Argument: Some psychologists, including Dr. Allen Frances, who wrote the DSM criteria for Narcissistic Personality Disorder, argue that Trump does not meet the criteria because he does not suffer from the distress and impairment necessary for a diagnosis, arguing his behavior is a "disorder of character," not a mental illness.

If it were one isolated claim about one type of grievance I would understand that question but when you take in the totality of it all. Even if we only go by the things he has publicly admitted! In interviews (television, radio, print, hot mics) this is a very very entitled man that hates being told no and has shown a gross tendency to abuse his power. And you do not have to take my word for any of the things I say. Who am I! What do I know? Not much but I do try to educate myself about things I consider to be of grave importance and I’ve tried to listen to a decent cross section of experts from all sides and there seems to be a consensus that Trump is a malignant narcissist. You can do some research on this and find a wealth of data out there on this. Having someone in charge of a nation that is a malignant narcissist is scary in and of itself… but what will really keep a person up at night is what you learn about an individual with this personality disorder that is simultaneously experiencing cognitive decline. OMG does that make things dramatically worse. He can have REALLY REALLY BAAAAAD ideas, but because he has an inflated sense of self AND ZERO impulse control + surrounded by a bunch of yes men that can’t or won’t talk him down from saying or doing dangerous things…. Any of this sounding familiar yet. These are scary times indeed my friend. We need to start praying. Hard. And often.

@lisamarie12o7 @BoLoudon Okay, we can do that. But how many of us, if we lined up sin after sin, mistake after mistake would ever survive any critic’s evaluation of our life? I know I wouldn’t pass. My ?s would ask about sources of info, including background details. Then what qualifies us to judge?

@ImBreckWorsham I respect your honesty. And I think you’re important. I think you have the potential to reach others when no one else can. I think we’re all scared and praying. The people who are not scared, should be. No good can come of the situation Trump has put our country in.

I will admit it. I LOVED Trump unhinged when he was on the campaign trail. He was outspoken, politically incorrect and fearless in his brutality. And I loved it. In the wake of so much political correctness, it was refreshing to see a man who didn't care what people thought. He was a breath of fresh air. He wasn't a politician and that's what I loved about him. The problem is, our chickens have come home to roots. We said, "let Trump be Trump." Now here we are. On the brink of nuclear war. Pray for America. We did this to ourselves. And to the world.

I respect your opinion. And I’m not telling you that you’re wrong about Biden but we just have fundamental different perspectives when it comes to Trump. I don’t see him as being a wise business man at all. He spent his entire adult life being very predatory (both in business and his personal life). Donald Trump’s reputation as a businessman is criticized due to a track record of failed ventures, multiple bankruptcies, and allegations of defrauding investors and consumers. Key examples include the failure of Trump Airlines, the collapse of Atlantic City casinos, fraudulent practices at Trump University, and numerous failed branded products like Trump Vodka and Steaks, often resulting in heavy debt or lawsuits. Common Criticisms of Business Practices: Over-leveraging: High debt loads, particularly in Atlantic City, led to bankruptcy. Misleading Marketing: Critics often point to projects where the "Trump" brand was licensed to projects that later failed, such as Trump Tower Tampa, which was characterized by some as a scam. And worst of all Unpaid Creditors: Several failed businesses left investors, workers, and contractors unpaid. Trump is wealthy at least initially because of inheritance. Not success. And he’s been found guilty numerous times of fraud. He deliberately refused to pay contractors for their hard work. Tying them up in court just because he could until he bankrupted the contractors. Which is plain evil. So again I don’t see him as wise or a benevolent person. He’s been a conman and a bully his whole life. So we’ll just have to agree to disagree.

@lisamarie12o7 @BoLoudon He’s not what you claim. He’s a goal-oriented former businessman. Take it from someone who has lived through 13 presidents. Biden was our worst president and we needed someone to come in and take control. A school bully has no wisdom. Trump has a lot. Look at the big picture.

It is just pure insanity that Congress is not doing something! Anything? At the very least take his fucking phone away from him for fuck sake! They could have hidden the fact that he has completely lost it for a long time if they just took his phone/social media away from him! Tell him the internet’s down!? Distract him with cheeseburgers and cartoons.

He gave them permission to embrace their racism, bigotry and hate. They celebrate his. They love the man that taught them that hating is healthy. Hating is necessary. If the hate in their hearts didn’t keep up with his… they get left behind. Thats my read on the situation anyway. Thats why I struggle to understand “Christian’s” getting caught up with this intrinsically evil man.

@BoLoudon When the world looks back at the trump era they will attempt to comprehend the mindset of trumps enablers. How was it possible for Americans to become so radicalised so quickly and so blinded by their own folly to even consider trump as an example of a decent human being.

@BoLoudon People who don't like Trump's personality haven't gotten to truly know him. They're the same people who claim they don't like avocados because they're green... and have never tasted guacamole. I dare them to read The Art of the Deal.

Well, I can explain it very simply. I don't know Trump personally. Today he is here, but in four years there will be another president. His policies are good for the country, which means another Republican is going to have a chance to win the election and continue with those same policies. Even if he were an introvert who didn't speak to anybody, the policies themselves would be making this country great. I don't necessarily have to like his personality; what matters is that his policies are good for the country.

@BoLoudon This is true. Our President is the best ever! I'm sure the naysayers preferred the installed so-called "Biden," who was NOT JOE BIDEN AT ALL! Or maybe they think Harris would be a great President with her lovely personality, and intelligence. Ha!
