@Groupon Saw you're offering deals on Sea World tckts. Marine animals there suffer greatly. Until you pledge to no longer sell deals to Sea World or others like it, I WILL NOT be shopping on @Groupon. I believe I've signed petitions on this in the past, obviously you didnt care!

@Groupon do you employ humans anymore? I cannot get a response to cancelling a group from anything other than an AI chatbot. I have a leg issue and cannot use the groupon bought but all you tell me is I'm too late to cancel. Your customer service sucks!

@Groupon Groupon went glowup & would only allow me to purchase a double deal from LASIK. Instead of the one that I wanted. Lasik emailed Groupon to refund me. Groupon refunded in Groupon $. I want my card refused!, not Groupon $. I'm not at fault & I don't want Groupon bucks!

@Groupon Vouchers worth $150 for oxygen therapy treatments were marked as 'redeemed' by Groupon without my consent. Merchant confirms no use. Need a human to fix this ASAP.

@Groupon ripped me off by not disclosing that what I purchased was a total fraud bait and switch. So I did not use it, and then they only give you a credit, NOT a refund. DO NOT USE GROUPON if you don't want to get ripped off. Facilitates fraud
