How do we make it easier for freelancers to build connections with theatres? What is the solution?

I’ve been trying to write a job application for 2 weeks. It is due tomorrow and I currently have a blank word document. I have, however, finished at least 6 other tasks that are completely unrelated and not at all urgent. And now I’m on Twitter. Reader, I think I’m nailing it.
