@TfL hello. South Croydon station ticket booth closed this evening, just the side gate open, meaning nobody can tap out & will be subsequently overcharged. Please advise on how to go about getting a refund. Many thanks

@AvantiWestCoast hello. I had a ticket for the 21.49 Euston-Manchester on Sunday evening. However, due to the ongoing emergency situation & the uncertainty of if the train would run, meant I had to make alternative arranges for getting home. Am I able to get a refund? Thanks.
