Day 86 - Mile 1153 - thrilled to be back on the trail and with my friends. Started at Echo Lake on the 11th after leaving at mile 906 (I'll be back at the end to fill in). The Tahoe Rim Trail has been beautiful, and far less hilly! Passing Donner tomorrow, then Sierra City.

Just while I wait for them to have an actual rematch.

@Robmack59 @Be_Mourne My message was mean to read that there are excellent clinicians who are experienced (chronologically) or relatively new (chronologically). I don't think time in post directly correlates to competence although experience is important.

Interesting show on the importance of deprescribing for medical & non-medical prescribers. Equally culpable if one does not deprescribe as if one does if adverse events occur.
