Talk about being insane. Every day we collect vital health information based on our sleep, activities, recovery, and routine behaviors. We collect the majority of it. Almost none of it is being used for any decision-making process. This was the part I found intriguing about @sleepagotchi. The project isn’t about data collection alone. It’s about converting health indicators into actionable insight through artificial intelligence and recovery tracking, as well as integrating wearables and personal health data ownership. As the wellness economy expands further, it’s entirely possible that personal health data will become some of the most valuable things that we don’t even realize creating.
