The ultimate masterclass to uno-reverse brain rot for founders:
(definitely save this)

DAN KOE@thedankoe
English

I’m Kyle.
Here’s how I ended up building personal brands for 7-9 fig founders on the internet.
At 16:
- Wanted to be a pro musician
- Thought I was too cool to talk to anyone
- Skipped class to make $2k/month at a grocery store
At 21:
- Became the musician I wanted to be
- Thought I was the coolest dude alive
- Had no real relationships with people
- Smoked alcohol and drank weed daily
Now at 26:
- Building with some of the coolest ppl alive at Mogul Media.
Here’s what I’ll be posting about:
- X algorithm updates and what they mean for creators
- Content creation systems that actually work
- Winning content styles across ecom, SaaS, info, and service businesses
- Insights for anyone trying to generate leads or grow their account
- Data from 10,000+ topics/content pieces
- Lessons from speaking with 7-9 fig business owners every week
- How high-level founders think and operate differently
- And a lil bit of lifemaxxing lol

look the rich don’t split bills, that’s why they’re richer than you.
you spend 30 mins at dinner calculating who ordered what, wealthy people just pick up the whole bill with no calculator, no awkward convo or annoying gestures, they even leave bigger tip than expected.
my dad taught me something i’ll never forget: the person who fights over small money will never be trusted with big money.
being cheap is expensive.
it costs you opportunities, relationships, goodwill and trust. refuse to be cheap.

Playing it safe is its own kind of death.
Last year I booked a month in Madrid on a whim. Never been on a solo trip. Didn't speak the language. Thousands of miles from anything I knew.
The second morning I was jet lagged af sitting in Plaza Mayor at 6am and realized whatever version of me existed before that trip, I was never going to meet him again. I'd finally done something so far out of my comfort zone that going back to who I used to be wasn't even an option anymore.
Every calculated risk you don't take is a candle in your soul that quietly goes out.
Take the leap
Book the trip
Do SOMETHING
Just stop waiting.

I’ve generated millions of views & dollars for founder-led personal brands. Here's a breakdown of the most common mistakes and how to skip them:

This video is a masterclass on how I hit 160K followers on X (and turned it into a 7-figure business without spending a dollar on ads):

We built an AI suite that runs your entire content engine for you on X & LinkedIn. And we're giving it away for free to every single one of our done-with-you students.
If you're a busy founder that wants to efficiently create content, then read this:
Here's how it works:
Step 1: It prompts you.
It asks what you've been reflecting on lately or what viral conversation in your space you want to be a part of. It pulls the thinking out of you instead of making it up.
Step 2: It builds your topics.
Based on your answers, it builds out your content topic to then create your content.
Step 3: It picks the format.
It looks at the content styles winning on X right now and recommends the exact format to plug your answer into.
Step 4: It writes the content.
It takes your entire conversation + all the information it has saved about you and your past performance and gives you hook + body + conclusion recommendation to create the full post. The specific structure that's actually performing in your space this week.
Everything it produces is based on real data while saving all of your information in a knowledge base. It does the strategy, picks the style, and writes the post. All you do is share what's on your mind and make your final voice edits at the end.
And this is just one part of our done-with-you program. Here's everything else our students get:
- A 12-week guided journey through every system we use
- Every SOP, framework, and workflow behind our agency
- A full control panel to run your entire personal brand
- Custom content strategy built for you by our team
- Weekly calls with me, my COO, and our strategist
- A private community for accountability and feedback
You can see some examples of how the AI suite works below.

how to social maxx more:
> get off your phone
> take out your headphones
> be warm to strangers - smile, nod, say a quick hello
> introduce yourself to your neighbors
> drop by your friend's homes
> bring back random game nights
> try out new events in your area
> build in more slowness into your day to bring back serendipity
> create recurring rituals for organic interactions
> go to stuff even when you're tired
> explore new neighborhoods - it puts you in a more open headspace
> ask people to hangout 1:1
> make new memories with old friends
> host gatherings in your area (even just 4 people for dinner counts!)
YOU are in control of creating more connection in YOUR life
you got it!!!

A controversial opinion of mine is that socialising is like exercise. Even if you don't feel in the mood to do it, you should still be doing it because it's good for you.
