@CarMax Terrible unprofessional service. Reserved and paid online to ship to a location. Decided to give call back about financing through them and they messed up my order and released the car to someone else. They will sure mess up your order but not fix it.

@CarMax @CarMax I have explained the situation several times to several people with no actual remedy. Please contact the General Manager of the Glencoe IL branch if you are sincere in helping. He was unable to help at a local level, maybe I can be helped at a national level.
