@CarMax And the solution they suggest is that I call them to give me a chance to buy another car from their inventory after this experience.

Having a really bad experience with @CarMax. The ship order was on April 18 and ETA was 22–27. It didn’t ship until 23rd, and it’d be ready by the 26th, but still in transit. Each delay costs me on rides. Also have to wait for final inspection without knowing if I’ll even buy 😕

@CarMax what the actual heck is going on? My elderly almost 80 YO mother was told that the VERY expensive LED light strip around her headlights is NOT covered by the warranty we got when she bought her car. That is part of the electrical system and electronics. Owned only a year

@RepairPal make repair process better for customers @CarMax requested 7 days for rental, only approved 3 I’m out over $300 on rental since almost 2 wks on repairs & still have pay deductible this has been customer nonservice 😡

I’d caution anyone considering buying a car from @CarMax . I heard they just laid off a bunch of people. I’ve tried calling into their service department multiple times and the phone just rings, no answer, no voice mail option.

@CarMax I ordered a 2024 Ford Mustand Gt convertible from Oregen to br delivered to CarMax West El Paso it arrived last week however they cannot find the title and was told if a new title needs to be made it would be 4 to 6 weeks minimum. While I lost $999 in delivery fee and no vehicle

@CarMax bad news - just bought a 2023 Toyota Camry, and it only had one key. Gave me a 20% coupon to get a replacement from @CarKeysExpress, but turns out they can't program / pair a new key. $250 and I need to find a different locksmith to finish the process. //le sigh
