Man of Steel wasn't dark, it was hopeful. Batman v Superman was dark but still hopeful. Zack Snyder's Justice League wasn't dark at all, but all hopeful and optimistic. These people will never stop lying about these films. "Dark" simply means that it wasn't a goofy comedy.

Supergirl was rough. It was a Guardians of the Galaxy like knock off ten years too late. Milly I felt was good, the story was bland with random skips and the visuals were devoid of vibrancy. Meh villain, cringy moments and came across as dated.
