Why am I excited to join GBM?
We often talk about Web3 being about ownership, fairness, and better systems. But if we're honest, many mechanisms in this ecosystem are still zero-sum. One wins, the other loses. Hype comes and goes, but incentive designs rarely change.
When I saw the GBM model, I didn't just see an auction. I saw an experiment in how participation can have economic value. "Earn when you get outbid" isn't just a gimmick; it's a shift in thinking. It means the system is designed so that involvement is still valued, not just winning.
For me, that's important.
Because the future of Web3 isn't just about who mints the fastest, who flips the fastest, or who goes viral the fastest. The future of Web3 lies in system designs that make people want to stay, want to contribute, and still have incentives even if they're not the main winners.
GBM is building infrastructure towards that. Dashboards, Auction House Deployers, staking, voting. This isn't a one-off event, it's a foundation.
I joined as an ambassador because I want to help drive that vision forward. Not just promoting auctions, but helping build an understanding that incentive design is the future.
If we want a more sustainable ecosystem, we have to start with the mechanisms. And in my opinion, GBM is paving the way there.
