past couple weeks take the trophy for top 3 most painful experiences i’ve had in life so far.
finally got cross linking surgery to stabilise my cornea.
right eye was smooth. light pain, easy recovery. the left eye… oh boy.
midway through recovery, the doctor had to scrape the epi off again because the skin on the cornea wasn’t growing back properly. wasn’t expecting that.
but it’s looking solid now and i’ll be back on the tools this coming week.
we’ve got a lot to do at surgence in the coming months, so this was the right time to get it done before a big second half of the year.

a wallet gets you in the door.
showing up with intention is what makes the network reward you as a contributor.

Routing is not a hard part, is super simple and everyone can do it, on the same time there are multiple companies worth billions.
The real challenge is coordinating thousands of requests, dependencies, retries, state transitions, tool execution and failure recovery at scale.
How do you coordinate multiple models?
How do you recover from failures?
How do you preserve state?
How do you retry without breaking the workflow?
How do you optimize for cost and latency while maintaining reliability?
That’s orchestration.
Routing gets you an answer but orchestration gets you a production system.

One of the smartest ideas in Incentiv's Developer Reward Framework is that it rewards usage instead of deployment.
Launching a dApp isn't enough. What matters is whether people actually use it.
Developer rewards are calculated using four on-chain signals: economic volume processed, transaction count, unique wallets served, and CENT holdings. This encourages builders to focus on retention, adoption, and long-term value instead of short-lived hype.
It's a reward system designed around real contribution rather than simply existing on-chain.

@shineDUDES routing picks a model. orchestration owns state, retries, permissions, and failure recovery. calling both “multi-model” hides where production complexity actually lives.

GM. Here’s a quick build in public update.
AI orchestration is far more important than routing alone.
We’re starting with the right foundation: orchestrating everything through a single unified endpoint. The goal is to prove demand for compute orchestration first, then evolve into a secure operating system for internet workloads instead of relying on unsustainable hype or promises that are difficult to deliver.
Orchestration V1.0 is already complete and will be live in the coming days.
@Incentiv_net is building the infrastructure economy for internet operations.
Now it’s time to scale.

what if your app earned every time someone used it?
on incentiv, builders get a share of network fees. real usage is the only metric that pays.
