Well @united, I thought today might be the day. The day that, after my last 11 flights were either delayed or cancelled, we might get off on time. Alas, it was not to be. You may not be the most efficient airline, but at least you are consistent.

@united well, I thought today was the day. A simple flight from DEN to MSP and I was sure you could break your record of my last 10 flights being either delayed or cancelled. It was not to be. At least you are consistent.

@united last several flights delayed, and not due to weather but due to ops. I don’t want to switch to Southwest but may have to try them. From a disgruntled United multi-year 1K, Million Miler

@united there this new fangled thing called a ‘phone’ that would actually let one gate where planes arrive, call another gate where a connection is leaving, and tell them they have a pax on the way. Too hard?

@united flight 2203, SFO to DEN, delayed 3X due to “waiting for catering.” Over 200 people standing around and going to be a couple hours late because ops can’t get a truck here to service the cabin. Come on!

@united one of the things your customers hate the most is opposite and conflicting information about a delayed flight from two different people 60 seconds apart. Update #1

Great job @united DEN-SLC Flight 5334. Land at SLC 15 mins early and then wait 45 mins on the ramp for a gate 😩 Fail!

@LEBassett February landing in Keflavik, Iceland in zero visibility snowstorm. No alternate airports. Frightening but I’ve learned to trust pilots….a lot.

Just boarded a plane in New Orleans, storm passing through, and our phones all blared an emergency tornado alert at the same time. We took off anyway, it was the roughest, wildest ascent I’ve ever experienced, people screaming/praying/vomiting. And the pilot makes a 6 Flags joke
