@TonySeruga Judges and prosecutors are entrusted to make decisions that ensure public safety. When they abdicate that trust for politics, beliefs, or other reasons, they need to be held personally accountable for what happens next.

🚨 GAVEL OF DEATH: DEI Judge Kandice Pickett Just Handed a Get-Out-of-Jail-Free Card to the Man Who Gunned Down an Alabama Cheerleader — One Victim Shot 10 TIMES. Aniah’s Law? Trampled. Public Safety? A Joke. In the sacred temple of justice—where Blackstone once warned that it is “better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer”—Judge Kandice Pickett has inverted the scales entirely. Instead of shielding the innocent, she has unleashed the accused. Steven Tyler Whitehead, 27, stands charged with the cold-blooded murder of 18-year-old Kimber Mills, a radiant Cleveland High School cheerleader and track star with dreams of the University of Alabama. At a bonfire party in Pinson (“The Pit”), after a petty fight, Whitehead allegedly drew a gun and fired 12–17 rounds into a crowd of 40–50 teenagers. Kimber tried to intervene. She was shot in the head. Another teen took ten bullets. Three others were wounded. Prosecutors begged for no bond under Aniah’s Law—the very reform born from the murder of Aniah Blanchard by a killer who never should have been free. Judge Pickett, a Democrat elected in 2022, ruled the State failed to prove Whitehead was a “danger to the community.” She set $330,000 bond. He walked. This is not mercy. This is judicial malpractice dressed in robes. When judges treat Aniah’s Law like a suggestion and violent felons like first-time shoplifters, they don’t just betray victims—they spit on the rule of law itself. The Founders designed the judiciary as the “least dangerous branch.” They never imagined it would become the most dangerous enabler of chaos. Kimber Mills will never cheer again. Her family will never hug her again. But the man charged with ending her life? He’s out on electronic monitoring, breathing Alabama air. Enough. Demand accountability. Demand impeachment. Demand judges who put victims before predators. America is watching, Alabama. This. Has. To. Stop. #JusticeForKimberMills #AniahsLawNow #ImpeachJudgePickett #LockUpKillers #EndDEIJudges #PublicSafetyFirst #AlabamaDeservesBetter #VictimsOverCriminals #RuleOfLawOrAnarchy

@BreitbartNews In government, ignorance of the law or forgetfulness is never allowed to be an excuse. Except when it comes to voting. In that case there can be no restrictions. I wonder why this is?

Sen. Alex Padilla: Voter ID in California "could keep eligible people from voting. If you forgot your ID or you forgot to renew it the week before — now, all of a sudden, it’s expired, and you’re not allowed to vote. It’s a solution in search of a problem.”

Congressman Jamie Raskin has been ordered to repay the federal government $304,000 he took from the illegal student loan debt relief program for his daughter's tuition to Stanford. "Mr. Raskin knew the program would be shot down," wrote 14th District Judge Joseph A Barron, "so he pushed his application through using his position." Raskin's defense was that the program was perfectly legal when he took the money. "That defense is summarily rejected." The judge also noted that the Raskins are worth more than $14 million and shouldn't have qualified in the first place. "There's grounds for a criminal case here if ever this court saw one."

The decision made today by the Supreme Court’s conservative majority was dishonest and shameful. I want to share some thoughts on what it means — and how we move forward.

I was thirty-eight when I pulled that little girl from a burning car on my way home from work. Her parents didn’t make it, and she clung to me like she had no one else. Everyone told me to step back, but she reached for me every time I returned. With no relatives found, I signed the papers and took her home. She became Avery—strong, disciplined, determined. Twenty-five years later, wearing her new badge, she whispered, “Dad… now let me protect you.”

NOBODY IS TELLING YOU THE REAL STORY OF THE SCOTUS VOTING RIGHTS RULING Yes, the Court ruled 6-3. Yes, race-based districting is now unconstitutional. Yes, Louisiana's map got thrown out. But here's the part everyone is missing: Democrats don't have a House majority without those court-ordered maps. → A dozen of their current seats sit in districts that only exist because federal courts FORCED states to draw them → Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina — every one has at least one Democrat seat in a court-created black-majority district → Their House margin is FOUR seats → SCOTUS just made 12 of their 213 seats legally redrawable → Republican-led legislatures don't need new voters — they need a redistricting committee and a Tuesday afternoon If race-based districts are unconstitutional, then Louisiana redraws. If Louisiana redraws, then Alabama redraws. If Alabama redraws, then every Southern state redraws. If every Southern state redraws, the Democrat House majority was a 60-year courtroom artifact — not an election result. That's what nobody is saying out loud. The 2026 midterms were just decided 6-3 — six months before Election Day. if you're not following me you're finding out about this 48 hours late from someone who read my post..

We must call this for what it is: voter suppression that will silence Black and brown voters. The magnitude of this decision cannot be understated — it guts the Voting Rights Act and its very purpose of protecting all voices. Every American deserves an equal vote.

The liberal city of Ann Arbor, Mich. has removed its last "neighborhood crime watch" sign in a move meant to be more welcoming to blacks and people of color. The woke believe that law and order are anti-black and anti-POC, hence they call for abolishment. thepostmillennial.com/ann-arbor-remo…

This man is already 10 minutes late getting home. His wife walks outside and tells him not to be sitting in his car. She wants him to come inside and do his job and take care of the kids. Many men will sit in their car and decompress. A lot of women said why do husbands get to decompress when the wives don’t get to? Some are saying why not make the home a place where he looks forward to coming home to, where he’s in a hurry to get inside? What do you think? Do you think it’s an issue for him to sit outside for a a little bit before he comes inside? Should his wife be hassling him?

@akafaceUS It’s unrealistic to expect a McDonald’s employee to afford a home since it’s an unskilled job that nearly anyone can do. This creates high competition and keeps wages low. That said, you’re right in principle that the wealth gap should be reduced.

Today's Supreme Court decision essentially guts the last remaining tool of the Voting Rights Act used to prevent racial gerrymanders. Republicans across the country can now redraw congressional maps to even further disenfranchise communities of color. Yet another partisan and destructive decision.

Why are they paid so much? That job isn’t worth $100K. I could do it part-time. It’s just a way for liberals to pay off other liberals so more can be hired. This was all made possible by easy student loans backed by government guarantees, which they now want to forgive.$100K. I could do it my part time. 🚨 Wanna puke? Jennifer Mnookin is the president of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her salary is $892,000 with a bonus of $150,000 for no particular reason. She pinky-swore to the Education Secretary, Linda McMahon, that she'd hire ONE, just one, conservative professor in order to continue receiving $816 MILLION in federal funding. She never hired one. $816 MILLION was still shoved into the sweaty hands of her campus. In July, she'll begin her new job as the President of Columbia University, with a salary of $3 million and perks that would make you throw up. American taxpayers are being fleeced for this garbage.

According to this new Supreme Court ruling, total blue states like Colorado can draw an 8-0 blue map, Illinois a 17-0 blue map, and California a 52-0 blue map. Time to respond accordingly to this new conservative threat and give Republicans exactly what they asked for.

A Supreme Court so fundamentally hostile to the rights of minority voters places the Court at odds with democracy itself. This is the legacy of Chief Justice John Roberts. I opposed his nomination back in 2005, and I stand by that.
