Still can't get over how much of a downgrade the new WhatsApp is over the old WhatsApp for Windows app. Genuinely depressing every time I use it. Meta should be ashamed.

Want a better Task Manager for Windows 11? This new app called AppControl does the trick.
The company behind it is a certified member of Intel's Partner Alliance initiative, and the app was "born out of frustration with the built-in Windows monitoring tools."

@SwiftOnSecurity ISP/ISP contractor did the telephone wiring at my parents' house with CAT5 for unknown reasons in the 2000s and then put up RJ11 wall plates. When I was like 11/12 yo I changed them all to RJ45 and we had 1Gbps in all rooms, even in the guest bathroom for some reason

Fun fact quite a few phone jacks in anything built within past couple decades are very possibly just ethernet cables. You can replace the face plate and just have ethernet if you want. I in fact encountered this touring apartments 10+ years ago.
