This. I do understand the people who believe we should forgive and welcome them. NopeBut, unlike them, I wouldn't vote to take away their rights, cut their healthcare, and end their jobs, even as much as I despise them. So, yes, I AM better than them.

Yes. That was me, in my bathrobe, talking to the window on my front porch. (There's a snail that I'm encouraging to climb onto a piece of paper so I can safely release it back into the yard. It persists in eating the paper) Always exciting in the Schmidt mini wildlife refuge.
