@chandleredward2@MarcFernandez That's fine I think what he's saying is don't create unrealistic expectations. Like people did with the prequels after 20 years of waiting.
The disrespect being shown to David Chase and #TheManySaintsOfNewark echoes what George Lucas went through with #ThePhantomMenace. When Chase walks away and we get the soulless reboot we’ll once again be left longing for the creator’s vision.
While Marcia Lucas may not have enjoyed what J.J. Abrams did with the Star Wars sequels, she also didn't like what George Lucas did with the prequels. "When I went to see Episode I... I remember going out to the parking lot, sitting in my car and crying. I cried."
@siffrin88@reyjimenz@IGN Prequels good star wars movies decent movies, Originals great movies great star wars movies, Sequels good movies bad star wars movies.
@IGN To bad she set up with the ot and set unrealistic expectations for herself just like everyone else for the prequels those movies are so far ahead of their time. Then the sequels came out and realized there's a difference between what you expect and screwing up the story.
@GerberKawasaki@RBReich Those capitalists you speak of teddy Roosevelt would consider fascists he despised corporate welfare and corporations in general. You need a mixed economy to offset the excesses of capitalism or we end up with fascists.
