That got me thinking where my favourite places in Tokyo aesthetically speaking are, and I’d probably say Nakano, Ochanomizu-Awajicho and the Tama area.

I just realised this was a picture of Ginza, my bad. But it applies to both areas. There are some really interesting streets and in places like Taito-ku, Edogawa-ku, Suginami-ku, and even the Roppongi area that don’t really get photographed because they don’t have flashy signage.

Yasukuni-dori is one of the most uninteresting streets in Tokyo in terms of things to look at, but I suppose the signage makes it look foreign and interesting to tourists. In reality there’s nothing really interesting on the street you can’t find anywhere else.

What’s with tourists in Japan and taking pictures of this street lol
