I built this thing called Clicky. It's an AI teacher that lives as a buddy next to your cursor. It can see your screen, talk to you, and even point at stuff, kinda like having a real teacher next to you. I've been using it the past few days to learn Davinci Resolve, 10/10.

1 in 11 babies born in America this year will be screened by a genetic test that didn't exist a decade ago. Biotech startup @BillionToOneInc turned a simple but radical idea—detecting rare fragments of fetal DNA in a mother's blood—into one of the most widely used prenatal tests in the U.S. And they're not stopping there. The same approach could unlock something even bigger: early-stage cancer detection from a blood test, a breakthrough that could one day save millions of lives. In this episode of Hard Tech, YC's Jared Friedman sits down with founders David Tsao (@dtsao) and Oguzhan Atay (@oatay) to hear how they went from half a lab bench to a $4B biotech company, and why they believe this is just the beginning of what their technology can do. 00:00 – Finding One Mutation in Billions 01:00 – Detecting Disease From a Blood Sample 02:10 – From Lab Idea to $4B Company 03:05 – The Breakthrough That Made It Possible 05:15 – Building the First Test From Scratch 07:30 – One Customer and a Sales Crisis 08:55 – Inside the Lab: How It Actually Works 12:10 – Detecting Cancer From Blood 13:50 – The Path to Early Cancer Detection 16:05 – Why Early Cancer Detection Is So Hard

Constant doublespeak, fear-mongering, and war. You will be bombarded mentally, emotionally, and physically into submission. Just collateral damage in someone's generational wealth run.

@JayRughani Also very, very bullish on this model - so much so that we're rolling out our own at @trymeasured over the next week. Happy to demo sometime if you're interested.

@rickasaurus Soon it will become impossible to move out of your socioeconomic class, and we will once again have to look inwards and towards religion to find meaning.

Anyone who says they’re not even a little scared is either set for life rich or lying. And I hate to break it to you wealthy ones: the world will be a much less fun place with the joy sucked out of it.

It's funny how the majority of people hating on @ZohranKMamdani do not live in NYC. The energy inside the city tells a very different story.

Equality, justice, dignity, and opportunity for all - not just a few. That is worth fighting for. Remembering MLK Jr and his famous speech tonight. How far we've come, and how far we still have to go.

> Sounds a lil bit anti-islam but hey Fuck statements like this. Similarly, fuck claiming that standing up for Gazans', West Bankers, Lebanese, Syrian people's right to live in peace and not get encroaching settlements, constant drone strikes and bombs is antisemitic. And fuck claiming that standing up for Ukrainian people's right to live in peace and not be invaded is Russophobic. And fuck not even noticing the needless and extreme manmade suffering in Sudan, Myanmar, North Korea and elsewhere. And fuck the possibility that in the future statements like this will have to include a line for Greenland. We stand for human dignity. That is the bottom line. You can disagree on details of individual situations and what specific actions hurt or help, but the bottom line in resolving such issues must be a common agreement that the underlying goal is to protect the dignity of all people. This is more important than political teams. There are also people who are on the same political team as you, but whose words and actions clearly demonstrate that they are not interested in human dignity - genuine *phobes who use appeals to freedom and life opportunistically. This must also be opposed. Again, the north star is human dignity. To be ultimately more interested not in pushing the people you oppose down, but in lifting the people you feel sympathy for up. If you observe the long-term pattern of how someone acts, you can tell.

@paulg @naoyak Supporting an objectively evil person because it was potentially better for them financially does in fact make that person objectively bad.

Head-tracked “Window Mode.” Your front camera finds your head. The view reprojects in real time so the screen feels like a window into the 3D scene. True3D, no glasses.
