@melonakos @jkimballcook That’s objectively true but not seeing how that is important here. Are we failing as disciples of Christ if we violently protect or liberate others? If a child is being attacked, would Christ object to violently protecting the child? Christ taught peace but he was not a pacifist.

@jkimballcook War is clearly part of the mortal condition. People have been compelled to go to war in every age, many of them righteous people acting in righteousness. There’s no other way to read the sacred records of God’s dealings with men on earth.
