So, I downloaded Android Studio Narwhal and freshly installed. And created a new empty Android project. Is the two char indentation the new reality? Is it because of Compose?

If you’re still writing UI in XML in 2025, you probably miss AsyncTask too.

@rahulografy @github_skydoves IMO ktfmt is superior to ktlint in that it is more strictly opinionated and lacks the configurability that ktlint offers. No ifs ands or buts about it. You get the same consistent format every time. Just like Google Java Formatter.
