@OctopusEnergy Just switched from Cosy to Intelligent Flux. Looks like I need to remove my Daikin Heat Pump from devices in the app before I can add a battery. But I don't see an option to remove it? I've revoked access via the Daikin app. What do I do?

@OctopusEnergy I am currently on Flux and have just requested a switch to Cosy. Will my export automatically switch to "Outgoing Fixed" as part of this, or do I need to do something extra for that?

@OctopusEnergy I use my free power hours charging up my battery and heating my tank, only to then be told by you that you're going to charge me anyway as you didn't get my meter readings for that hour, even though your dashboard clearly shows that you did receive that data.

@OctopusEnergy I set up Octopus Outgoing. Have been asked for an initial meter reading. But I have two solar arrays, two inverters and two export meters. Do I just add the numbers from the two meters together or something else?

@gridcustomersuk I had solar installed a few weeks ago. I need my DNO approval letter so I can export to the grid. You are my DNO. My supplier is saying you're being very slow to send out the letters at the moment. Is this true? What is the expected turnaround time atm?
